How Do We Handle Shipping?

Our dedicated veterinary team conducts a comprehensive health exam on every puppy before shipping. This includes a fecal test to ensure your puppy is free from worms and parasites. We only partner with airlines that prioritize pet safety, or alternatively, we utilize specialized animal courier services handled by our trusted shipping professionals.

Once your purchase is complete, we immediately book your puppy’s flight and send you a detailed itinerary, including flight times, tracking information, and pickup details. On the day of travel, our team carefully prepares your puppy for departure, ensuring all paperwork is in order and that your puppy is comfortable and secure. The puppy is then transported to the airport in a specially designed, airline-approved travel crate.

During the journey, your puppy is monitored and cared for by our team. You will receive regular updates via email and phone, including tracking numbers so you can follow your puppy’s flight from start to finish. When your puppy arrives at the destination airport, the delivery agency will handle final delivery to your doorstep, ensuring a seamless experience.

Cost: $400 per puppy (additional to the purchase price)

Delivery: Most major airports within your country
Note: This fee is non-refundable and covers transportation only.

Personal Puppy Hand Delivery

For added peace of mind, you can opt for our Personal Puppy Hand Delivery service. A dedicated team member will escort your puppy from our facility to the airport, wait with your puppy during check-in, and personally deliver them into your arms at your home or designated location. This service is complimentary with air shipping and provides extra security and comfort for your new pup.

What to Expect on Arrival

Your puppy will be shipped in a brand-new, airline-approved kennel with soft bedding, toys, and a familiar blanket with sibling scent to ease their transition. They will arrive in a temperature-controlled environment, ensuring their comfort. Each puppy travels with a care manual and food supplies to help you settle in smoothly.

Flight Safety & Comfort

The safety of your puppy is our top priority. We select the shortest, safest routes and ensure each crate is spacious and comfortable. Your puppy will be accompanied by a trained team member during the flight—never alone. We also provide food, toys, and comforting items to keep your puppy calm and content throughout their journey.

Important Tips

Please do not give your puppy any vaccinations within the first 14 days of arrival. Our puppies are fully vaccinated before leaving our facility.
Upon arrival, please schedule a visit with a licensed veterinarian within the first 7 days to confirm your puppy’s health.
Any kennel fees due to flight cancellations are the responsibility of the recipient.

How Long Will It Take?

Once your puppy is at least 8 weeks old and all paperwork is in order, we typically deliver within 2 days of booking. We appreciate your patience as we secure the best airfare and travel arrangements to ensure your puppy’s safe and quick arrival.
